- Product Returns
- In principle, we do not accept products returned by customers. For damaged products, incorrect products and shipping mistakes, please send us an email with the saved Payment Confirmed Page attached within seven days following the date of receipt of the shipment. We will re-send the correct product once we receive the incorrect product from the customer. Shipping fees for incorrect products will be covered by our company, and customers are asked to use the Cash on Delivery method to return incorrect products.
